Q1 The earpiece does not work the way I expected. When I use it, the button on the cable does not disconnect a call. Is my earpiece defective?

A1 The earpiece is not defective. The button on the earpiece has two functions: accept an in-coming call or mute a call. This is why it is not possible to disconnect a call. A mobile phone disconnects automatically, as soon as the other party hangs up. Otherwise one must disconnect the call with the Xda end button. Press and HOLD the button on the earpiece to mute the call.

Q3 Can we attach accessories when the backpack is attached? For example, the keyboard or thumb board?

A3 The Thumb Keyboard and VGA backpack cannot be attached to Xda II at the same time
