Q1 How can I accept incoming calls?
A1 You can tap on the green call button on the screen of your Xda II. Alternatively, you can press the green call button on the lower part of the device. For speaker phone function, you can press and hold the green 'talk' button on the device for 3 seconds and the speakerphone would be activated. Alternatively, a earpiece can be used.
Q2 I am searching for a tool, with which it is possible to turn the Xda II phone off and on, depending on the time of the day. Does such a programme exist and where can I purchase it?

Q3 Can I divert my phone calls?
A3 Yes. To divert, go to Start > Settings > Personal 'Tab' > Phone > Services 'Tab' > Select 'Call forwarding' > Click 'Get Settings'.
Q4 Can I receive phone calls while downloading content on the Xda II?
A4 You will not be able to receive phone calls while downloading content or pages from the Internet. Your incoming call will be forwarded as per your phone settings (under services). The same applies when you are synchronising your Xda II with your PC over the air. Note: Incoming calls will not be disrupted while you are synchronising via the cradle.
Q5 I use my Xda II for business and sometimes it is necessary to mute the microphone, so the caller cannot listen in. Is there an easy option to do so?
A5 This is only possible by pressing the button on the head-set. There is no such option on the Xda II device. One can use the 'HOLD' Button on the virtual telephone keyboard (second button from the bottom), during a call, so that the caller hears music, as well as a message in the national language and in English.
Q6 Can I make calls while surfing the net?
A6 No, your cannot be access content during a phone call.
Q7 Can I record a 2-way conversation during the call?
A7 Definitely, you can also make a note during the call
Q8 Can I retrieve phone book during a conference call?
A8 Yes, in fact you should also be able to access most of other programs of Xda II.
